Vanu completed his post-doctoral research at the University of Manitoba (where he is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences), in addition to a Ph.D. in Biochemistry (India). He has 20 years of clinical research experience, including 15 years of experience in clinical trial operations and 3 years as a clinical trial Principal Investigator. As the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trials, Vanu uses his extensive knowledge and experience in clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance in the areas of natural health products/dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, and over the counter (OTC) drugs. Outside of work, he spends time with his family and enjoys lakeside camping and hiking.
